Glenn Cameron
AuthorI grew up in Canada’s east coast and moved to Toronto in my late teens. I was ready to sow my wild oats in the big city, but I met my wife, Crystle, on a blind date and everything changed. I knew she was the love of my life. We were preparing for our retirement and moved to beautiful Niagara Region in 2015. Then on her 58th birthday, July 19, 2017, Crystle was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme, a terminal brain cancer–in less than eight months she was gone.
I have a business degree from the University of New Brunswick and have worked in the information technology sector much of my working career. That is hardly credentials to become an author, but life makes us all experts, even in areas we may prefer not to hold that title.
In my unpublished debut fiction novel, for which I am seeking representation, much of the protagonist’s feeling are based on my own journey as my world crumbled. I am hoping to publish this novel and have already begun the sequel. I look forward to working with an agent to establish myself as a successful author.
